What is the design that brings the most joy to both new and experienced players? What makes them want to keep coming back to this board even as they improve?
Happy has a small flat tail, a slightly thicker edge, a 50/50 design of a retro board, a smooth rocker that won’t warp too much, and EPS Foam. The overall design makes Happy a magical wave-chasing machine. Paddling is so easy and fast that people who ride Happy mistakenly think they can catch any wave.
It is neither a traditional retro board nor a violent longboard, but a category between retro longboard and violent longboard. It is made of EPS and Epoxy, and the weight is just right. It is very comfortable when you hold it on the beach, and it feels light and flexible when you start riding, but you can still enjoy the fun of riding a retro board.
When the waves are small, you can use the Single Fin configuration. The slight concave groove on the board head is just like a retro board. It is fun to practice your cross-step board and stable noseriding board head riding. When the waves are bigger, or when you want more control, use the 3Fin configuration. You can easily speed through the slow wave area, and even make a lip when rolling! You can also feel the pleasure of using centrifugal force, board edge and side fin to splash water!
